Editing Can a bowtie handle the power???

can a bowtie block take the power???what I'm building is a 383 stroker,bowtie block,13.76 compression pistons that are forged,steel crank,eagle h-beam rods,2.08 valve aluminum heads 215 runners,670 lift roller cam,high flow heads and intake,barry grant 950 carb.I'm going to be spraying this engine with up to 300 shot of nitrous.can this engine hold up to this abuse,or can it take more???
