Editing I have a 1994 chevy silverado with a 1995 chevy 5.7 350 tbi motor. The truck has a knock only when the truck is warmed up and can hear it driving down the road. i have already wet lashed the rockers, cleaned the push rods, i am out of ideas

i have a 1994 Chevy Silverado 5.7L 350 tbi motor. it has a pretty noisy knock to it. i have already wet lashed the rockers. it only knocks when the engine is warmed up. i am running 10w-40 oil and dont know what else to do.
