I am building a 327sbc for a 1976 chevy stepside 2wd pickup and i want to be camel backs on it but i have a good set of 993's in my shop will they make more power for the 327. i am putting a dual quad set up with a muthr thumper cam the 993's have 1.94 and 1.50 valves in them The double humps were always consider a hi performance head of the era, if i am not mistaking the 993 head is a smog head and would have 76cc combustion chamber which i would not prefer for such small cid engine as the 327 is.
