Hello everybody, my name is Luis. I'm located out of San Diego, CA but will be getting stationed in Norfolk, VA as of August 2009. Here is my dilemma: I recently started a mobile detailing business and am trying to get all the experience possible before I head out to VA where I will go strong and one of the additional services I would like to offer is bumper repair and minor paint jobs. My sister volunteered her 2001 Hyundai Santa Fe for me to paint since it looks like crap and has numerous spots of peeling paint. I went to Home Depot and bought a Husky Pro HVLP gun, a Husky air compressor, went to the junkyard to buy two hoods to practice on and am ready to get crackin. I know every situation calls for a different approach but can someone help me from start-finish on the process involved in doing an entire car that needs no body work? Thanks!
