== Summary == Editing the Crankshaft Coalition Wiki is easy. Just click the "edit" tab at the top of any page. Keep in mind that some special pages can't be edited, so you won't see an "edit" tab on those pages. Once you've clicked the "edit" tab, you'll see a "posting" screen, with the full text of the article in the screen. Simply edit it as if you were editing one of your own posts on a bulletin board. Once you're done, use the Save Page button at the bottom to save your work. Don't worry -- each article is saved every time it's updated, so it's very easy to roll back to a previous version of an article. == Discussion == To discuss a particular article, simply click the "discussion" tab at the top of the page for that article. Within the discussion area, please be certain to sign your posts with your signature. This can be done by simply clicking the "signature" button at the top of your posting screen (second from the right). == Special Formatting == The Crankshaft Coalition Wiki uses special characters to format text and links. Bulletin Boards use the same method, however, wiki syntax is slightly different. You can always use the buttons at the top of your posting screen for bold or italic text, links, or other formatting features. == Experiment == Feel free to use the [[practice page]] to try out some of the editing features. == Be Bold! == Above all, when editing the Crankshaft Coalition Wiki -- be bold! Add facts and information wherever possible. Fix problems if you see them. Change wording or grammar for clarity. Don't worry about offending anyone. Edit frequently, the quality of the wiki is dependent upon it.
