Editing Removing lug nut locks

Need help getting off some lug nut locks , spline type short and thin wall i after market mag. I took it to several shops and most couldnt do anything , one shop had a cheap remover set but broke their socket. They suggested having them torched off, but I'm not sure thats the best way to go, especially since I want to keep the wheels. ANY HELP HERE?
