(Reuters) - A suburban Chicago Hyatt Regency Hotel was evacuated early on Sunday immediately after somebody deliberately caused a chlorine gasoline leak that despatched 19 individuals to the healthcare facility with dizziness, nausea and other indications, authorities reported.<br>Firefighters responded to a report of noxious odors on the ninth floor of the 12-tale lodge in Rosemont, Illinois, near O'Hare Intercontinental Airport at about 12:40 a.m., the Rosemont Community Safety Section stated in a well prepared assertion.<br>Technicians observed the source of the odor to be chlorine on a 9th flooring stairwell that was produced in what appeared to be an intentional manner, the assertion mentioned. The incident continues to be beneath investigation.<br>Guests were evacuated from the one,a hundred-area lodge to the close by convention centre as specialists decontaminated and ventilated the location and carried out checks. The hotel was later on decided safe and people were permitted back again in at about four:thirty a.m. local time.<br>The incident happened as the resort hosted a conference of Midwest FurFest, a group that honors and encourages animal figures witnessed in comics, tv and films.
