Harbor Freight is a popular discount tool retailer based in Camarillo, California, and established in 1968. They have 330 retail stores in 43 states. Many Harbor Freight tools are Chinese-made, but sold under American-sounding house brand names (''Chicago Electric, Pittsburgh Forge, etc.)''. Harbor Freight also sells popular, name-brand tools at significantly lower prices than can be found elsewhere.

All hand tools have a lifetime warranty. All other items have a 30-day money back guarantee, and a 90-day replacement, unless otherwise specified.
