==Cleanup and separation==
This whole article needs general cleanup for syntax, formatting, and grammar. Some of it is in the first person, and there seems to be some-copy pasting as well. Jon...  since the table lists each state,  would it be best to split this by countries or split it all completely by each state and/or providence ?
