A Mayan witch, a vanished civilization, a paranormal investigator, pterodactyls... What more could you ask for? Kokopelli's Thunder changed from an 1892 newspaper account author Sean Cordry came upon that told of two cowboys discovering and chasing a colossal, leathery-winged flying being across the wilderness. Cordry set off to take two topics and blend them with each other. To start with, what if enormous pterosaurs had in some manner lasted into the twentieth century? And secondly, what if the pterosaurs were connected in the death of the Anasazi society? This yarn answers those queries. It flashes back and forth between a 12th-century scenario and a 20th-century scenario. The earlier storyline helps you appreciate what's materializing in the subsequent tale, and vice-versa. All together, the two tales weave a involved adventure of twisted devotion, payback, justice and reconciliation. Written for adult audiences, you are not going to come across gaudy, fru-fru magic reading this. You won't hit upon play ground brutality. The magic is earthy and intense, all the while the fighting is realistic and lifelike and demanding. The Mayan goddess Ixtab has an vital part in the tale as a narcissistic erotic predator with a horrible satanic streak. This publication is the very first in a cycle of novels I am developing. Each book will re-imagine original historical incidents and individuals, associating them to incidences in the early Twentieth century. I'll employ real secrets and set up superb action tales around them. Your involvement will let this novel and the approaching sequence to take flight.
