Consumer reviews are considered to be one of the most influential ways of branding a business. It works like advertisement, except that reviews are written by customers instead of the business owner or marketing manager. Getting positive reviews reflects a great product, so people will buy more from its manufacturer, while companies with negative reviews means people will buy less from them.
