Looked like a page covering RPO codes should have some codes on it. Changed back to last version with codes on it and removed <HTML> <body> tags.

More importantly, the actual model(s) / year(s) covered by this list should be posted at the top. It's common knowledge that there is no single RPO list (just too much good sense to do it that way!
