Editing BBC Starter Prob w/r on Solenoid

Hey Guys. First Time Poster... I just installed a Tilton Style [[Starter]] 3hp on my BB. I read a post you had with another member that got me to where I am now. Thanks for the help so far. The prob I'm having is with this starter there is no "r" and "s" on the [[solenoid]]. There is 1 clip that I've used for the "s" wire and abandoned the "r" wire. The starter engaged great cranked the car BUT, it is not starting. I have a Mallory [[HEI ignition]] and I'm wondering if the "r" wire goes up the the [[HEI]]. If so what/where do I connect that wire on the starter? Thanks for the help! Gary [Category:Electrical]
