I just discovered that G*FURN launched a whole new collection called Essential. I already love their number of furniture but, as a few of their mid-century pieces may be over small budgets, this new collection is actually half in the designers' reproduction item prices. In my opinion, it is really an affordable along with a well-designed furniture collection, so I wanted to share my thoughts together with you. I found it much like it sounds "essential": refined shapes, high-quality materials and neutral colours. I love the inspiration from Scandinavian design. It appears like some designer's classic pieces of furniture but it's a ‘no-name' design at very affordable prices. I have a very few favourites thus far: 1. Sofa: I really like the [http://gfurn.com/search?q=bjorn Björn modular sofa] given it gives you many options with respect to the size of your family area. You can develop a L-shaped sofa, a U-shaped sofa or just make it looks like a 2 or 3-seater sofa and set a sectional in front of it. It is really your responsibility to use your imagination so if you're looking for a specific shape, their customer service is always helpful and prepared to offer the best service they could. (I am talking from my own experience) 2. Dining chairs: I use a few ones that I like but the [http://gfurn.com/products/dining-chair-mid-century-modern-allure-helga-gfurn Helga dining chair design] is definitely my favourite. It really looks like a mix from the [http://gfurn.com/products/g-dc45-gfurn-reproduction-of-hans-j-wegner-ch33-chair Reproduction of Hans J. Wegner's CH33 Chair] as well as the [http://gfurn.com/products/g-dc43-gfurn-reproduction-of-hans-j-wegner-ch20-elbow-chair Reproduction of Hans J. Wegner's CH33 Chair], the one difference being the price and also the name with the designer obviously! Good news anyway for those who use a small budget. Essential is actually half of any reproduction of designer furniture prices. Also the [http://gfurn.com/products/mid-century-modern-allure-dining-chair-hakan-gfurn Hakan dining chair] is probably the same as the Helga but with no upholstery. 3. Dining table: I love these, it's only question in the space of one's room. If you have a small lounge, I would suggest the [http://gfurn.com/collections/essential/products/6-seater-wood-round-dining-table-helgi-gfurn Helgi dining table ]. It's a round dining room table and 4 dining chairs fit perfectly. If you prefer rectangular table, the [http://gfurn.com/collections/essential/products/6-seater-industrial-dining-table-skeggi-gfurn Skeggi table] is available in 6 seats or 8 seats for bigger dining rooms. And the last however, not the least, the [http://gfurn.com/collections/essential/products/8-seater-wood-dining-table-enok-gfurn Enok table ]. It's a huge piece of wood and it's suitable for a loft or if you wish to give an advert style in your room. 4. Coffee table: they merely have 2 models but I could keep you informed of the latest arrivals. The [http://gfurn.com/collections/essential/products/wood-round-coffee-table-osbern-cocoa-gfurn Osbern coffee table] is indeed inspired from Scandinavian furniture style. And personally, I have always preferred round coffee tables as possible add a few wool poufs around and create a cozy atmosphere. You can check their selection of [http://gfurn.com/collections/poufs poufs]. I personally love the [http://gfurn.com/collections/poufs/products/wool-felt-pouf-dark-grey-gfurn Dark grey pouf] colors to check with a wood coffee table. I hope my little recommendations will help you finding design and affordable furniture. I could keep you informed of new product arrivals and give you my feedback on the product I will order.
