[http://www.mindpicnic.com/note/what-you-should-realize-about-mlm-5/ Lead System Network] Just about everybody who has wanted to make money online has been tempted by at least one MLM offer. Heard of MLM? Multi Level Marketing is what MLM stands for. It is a particular business model that many people confuse with illegal pyramids schemes. When a sale is made, you get a certain percentage, and the person above you, the person that hired you, also gets a percentage of the sale. Each person that hires someone into the company makes a commission each time that recruit makes a sale. This is how it works. Don't be fooled by the temptation to make money. On that same note, let's discuss a few things about MLM that you might find disturbing. Many people have been told that the business model for MLM is one of the best out there, a definite moneymaker that has no equal. This is not true. Despite these rumors, MLM is only profitable for less than 1% of the people who actually try it. On the upside, if you were to start an Internet business, selling products and services, you would do much better. Unfortunately, MLM is not all that it is touted to be. In fact, the business model is quite "shaky" to put it nicely. If there is a simple bookkeeping error, the whole system will crash. You will often hear the MLM cannot possibly be a pyramid scheme because actual physical products are being sold. However, MLM is set up just like one of these schemes. You can still be scammed when selling physical products, as opposed to mailing money to people. The courts were finally involved because of the difficulty involved. You have to sell a minimum of 70 percent to a non distributor. If the ratio changes in form, then it will be a scam. How many MLM sites have you found that have encouraged you to sell your products to your friends and family members? In fact, how many times have you seen the hype about how happy everyone you know will be to sign up to the MLM program through you? The marketing spiel always makes it seem like you'll be able to get everyone you know to sell your products to all their friends very easily. The truth is that asking your loved ones to do this is actually a really fast way to alienate them. You might sell one or two things to relatives who take pity on you but you are unlikely to actually recruit anyone. There are so many lies flying around on the Internet surrounding MLM. But, numerous people now know that MLM is not a good business model and it should be avoided. There are still some, however that get suckered in. Possibly they can't say no. Or, they might be new to the internet marketing game. In the long run, you really should be aware of the lies that are told amount multi level marketing.
