The so-called internet lifestyle conjures up thoughts of easy living while the money keeps coming in - take a reality check if this is what you think is waiting for you as an aspirant internet businessman. It is possible, although not usual. Running a business from home is not any guarantee that success is immediate or overwhelming. Immediately you are told you could enjoy fabulous riches within 30 days, walk away. <iframe width="560" height="315" src="//www.youtube.com/embed/kCMI1UKAmzc" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> Many people do achieve that kind of success, but it would be imprudent to expect the same for yourself. Getting away from your boss and the routine of a monotonous job definitely has an appeal, but you shouldn't think that being a home-based entrepreneur is free of troubles. It is good to be able to set your own hours, wear any type of clothes you want, and be relieved by working from home. There are many advantages to having a work from home job, but an online business isn't really always smooth sailing. The risk attached to internet businesses is no different from offline, even though they might not exactly require as much seed money. You should not be scared, but the the truth is that you need to be prepared to lose many things. Many home based Internet entrepreneurs end up quitting their jobs, which can be challenging for a time. Success, or how much time it takes to achieve, isn't assured. This is a truth that you must know from the beginning, since you might lose a lot of money before you start making any. One thing, however, if your Internet enterprise works well for you, any losses you suffer through will be minor compared to the gains you will make, because of the risks you're willing to take. There is a significant risk in giving up the fixed earnings from your job, to start your enterprise. This can mean joy at the end, or despair if you allow it to destroy your business. Risk is one thing that all enterprises deal with, and an enterprise being big doesn't preclude it from failing. Owning your own business means that you will no longer have the comfort of a fixed monthly salary, and you have to have the right mindset to cope with that. You can earn lots of money some months, and other months, nothing at all. You need to have a strategy for handling the lean periods, and for laying by some of the money you make in the rich times. You might find that you're not the business type, and that you prefer a dependable monthly paycheck after all. It will take hard work to be successful as an entrepreneur, but when you have won through the sticky patches you are going to celebrate that you stuck with it. In the beginning it will require a lot of work, but eventually you'll get everything back that you put into it. article source: [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kCMI1UKAmzc http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kCMI1UKAmzc]
