From the early days of Target Master crate engines to today's (ca. 2012) crate engine selection from GMPP, the crate engine has progressed with the times and are a good value for a new engine with a warranty. ==Modifications== Some of the better values are the base crate GMPP engines. However, the camshafts can leave a lot to be desired.
