Every couple of years, it appears that the Mary Kay craze starts up on the internet again. Another name for multi level marketing is Mary Kay. It is a type of business where people promote different products and make a commission from it. You get money when someone that you brought into the fold sells a product. This appears to be a wonderful plan. Your only work assignment should be to employ others to work under you and do the work on your behalf. Unfortunately there are more harsh realities about Mary Kay than there are genuine opportunities. We are going to share a few of them with you in this article. Easily the most obvious lie spread by Mary Kay companies everywhere is that they are the newest, easiest way to create financial freedom. Yet, Mary Kay isn't a 'new' opportunity, as it's been around in one form or another for decades. It has been online practically since the Internet became popular and before that it was done as door to door sales. These days people are very aware of what Mary Kay is and why they should avoid it. This is also the primary reason why Mary Kay newbies have such a hard time finding new recruits to join their downlines. One of the primary reasons that multi level marketing is so popular is because it seems like a good way to make a lot of cash without putting in much effort. Obviously, you have to get new people and sell merchandise at first. But,if you bring the right people, you can then just let them bring in more people and you can just hang back and make money off of them. Seems great, right? Quite simply, it takes hard work to get the right group of people working under you. You need to train them. You have to know which type of people with stay and work once they figure out what multi level marketing is about. Then you need to provide incentive for them to keep working. A business cannot be profitable if there is no work involved. Do not lose sight of this. How many times have you seen a Mary Kay opportunity pointing out that you can make money easily by selling stuff to people you know? More to the point, how many of those same sites tell you how pleased your friends and family will be happy to join the program through you? The marketing spiel always makes it seem like you'll be able to get everyone you know to sell your products to all their friends very easily. The truth is that asking your loved ones to do this is actually a really fast way to alienate them. Sure, you might make one or two sales of your own, but it's highly unlikely your family members will become your willing sales team. When it comes to Mary Kay, there are plenty of myths circling around. A majority of these lives were generated for the sole purpose of building up the reputation of Mary Kay and to make you believe that it is the best thing in the world for making internet cash. This is because they want to suck you in. Do not fall for these myths! The things mentioned in this article is only a small portion of the bad things that you will experience. However, if you look harder enough, you can probably find a lot more. mary kay training ideas - Source 1: [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v8xaD_UGHQo Mary Kay Training ] Mary Kay Training - Source 2: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rGgf7pYNMVc
