When blogging, you should keep in mind the set of questions every journalist is taught to ask. Readers want to know the "who," "what," "where," "how," "when" and "why" of every subject. Aside from answering these questions, you also have to do it in a way that the readers will enjoy. This will ensure that all of your posts cover the issue from every relevant angle. How well you do it is another story but it's worth practicing and using. Even as you try your best to answer these questions, keep in mind that it's a blog and that internet readers are accustomed to a casual format and style. The best approach to writing is to find your own voice and use that in all of your work. It's common sense that if you say something that is not true, then it will make you look bad and possibly damage your reputation. When you're blogging, you want to check everything that is factual and not just the facts of your story, or post. Make very sure that any links you place in your posts are not broken and all is well. You cannot get in the habit of overlooking these things if you're serious about the health of your business blog. If you want to provide value, then you'll talk about research or whatever - no writing mistakes here, either. One way to spot some of the more common writing mistakes is to do plenty of reading online. You will begin to see that many people make certain mistakes. And yes, this may mean you have to do some remedial learning for yourself so you know the differences. Many people don't know how to use apostrophes correctly. Apostrophes are most often used to show possession, as with "Mary's house." Using an apostrophe very time you have a plural, though, such as "apple's for sale" is incorrect. It's important to learn these rules and not simply copy what you see others doing. Writing mistakes are so important to know about because they affect your content. But you know, you can end all this by just outsourcing your writing. It's possible to change your perspective and light the fire in your belly to reduce writing mistakes. Tackle your business tasks and always be writing posts or marketing your blog. Source: [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s2b23rV9d-U websites]
