Editing Talk:Building a Chevy 400 engine

I am doing a minor refit to a 400 sbc(509 block). While I was cleaning the block, I ran into a problem, 3 bolt on the intake were rusted solid. They have been soaking for several days and they won't come loose. How do I do this without taking it to a machine shop? The bolts are between 4 and 6(2) and between 3 and 5(1). Any suggestions?
