Note1Sign2 This is the discussion page for the question: "How can I properly title my hot rod". Feel free to discuss this question here, but please be sure to make any proper updates to the main How can I properly title my hot rod? page. ==Cleanup and separation== This whole article needs general cleanup for syntax, formatting, and grammar. Some of it is in the first person, and there seems to be some-copy pasting as well. In addition, it should probably be split up into separate articles for each state and country.--Jon 20:17, 12 February 2011 (MST) :Jon... since the table lists each state, would it be best to split this by countries or split it all completely by each state and/or providence ?--Crosley 21:54, 12 February 2011 (MST) ::If there are enough sub-divisions in a country, and the laws are different enough, then, IMO, each subdivision (state/region/province) should have its own article. For example, there are 50 US states, and each one has significantly different laws, so each state should have its own page. I think that the main How to title a hot rod article should just be a basic intro, a pic, and then a list of links to different articles for each state/country. Maybe a short blurb when appropriate for certain countries, like: "American states have widely varying titling and registration laws. Required documents may include manufacturer's certificates of origin, bonded titles, bills of sale, and receipts...". Or: "In Australia, progressive inspections are often required at various points in the build process...".--Jon 13:11, 13 February 2011 (MST)
