| − | You may have noticed I've relocated stubs from the Main page category TOC (Brakes, Cooling, Electrical, etc.) to the Undeveloped articles category. My reasoning behind this is that the stubs located where they were had generated very little "interest", as far as the stubs being developed further. It's my opinion that having stubs appear as a legit article is counterproductive; when a subject is selected a wiki user generally expects to find an article on the subject, not a question from someone else seeking the same info that they likely are.

| − | :I think that's a wise decision. Many of those resulted from me placing an empty posting box on the top of thread pages on Hotrodders.com, encouraging people to start a wiki article. What ended up happening was that people would instead type a forum question into the box. Some of those I tried to rework from basic questions into basic articles. A small handful of them were successful, but at the price of strewing 1-sentence "articles" all over the wiki.--[[User:Jon|Jon]] 07:56, 27 May 2012 (MDT)
