− | [[User: | + | ::If there are enough sub-divisions in a country, and the laws are different enough, then, IMO, each subdivision (state/region/province) should have its own article. For example, there are 50 US states, and each one has significantly different laws, so each state should have its own page. I think that the main [[How to title a hot rod]] article should just be a basic intro, a pic, and then a list of links to different articles for each state/country. Maybe a short blurb when appropriate for certain countries, like: "American states have widely varying titling and registration laws. Required documents may include manufacturer's certificates of origin, bonded titles, bills of sale, and receipts...".
