Yes, that's spam. Done by automated posting bots, often late at night. You can undo it with 2 clicks. Here's how:

#Click the "Recent changes" link on the left-hand side of this page (in the "navigation" box). That will take you to a list of all recent changes on the wiki, kinda like a "new posts" page on a forum.

#On the Recent changes page, you'll be able to see full details on all edits and adds. For each edit, there is a number in parentheses indicating how many characters were added or removed. If you see something like (+12,542), it's probably spam.

#If it's spam, you can undo it with 2 clicks. First, click the "diff" link. That will show you the "difference" between the edits -- you can use that page to verify that it's spam.

#From there, click the "rollback" link in the upper-right hand side of the page. You can actually "rollback" any page, for whatever reason you think is necessary.
