| − | That was an excellent article! I'll add one more to the mix. This shows how to title a car under the SB100 procedure. It list the forms needed to have the vehicle entered into the CA DMV system and the procedure to obtain an SB100 smog exemption. My car is a '27 Ford roadster. It's simply a bare/rusted/rotted body that had been sitting in a tree for the last 10 years. No documentation, no VIN, no nothin'!
