They are refusing to replace my phone and are stalling. It's more hassle than it's worth. Went to Verizon. Told us to file a claim through Asurion online. Did so on Sunday night. I called on a Sunday to get a replacement, and paid the $150 deductible. The phone was delivered on Tuesday evening. I got my phone stolen from me and because it didn't have any minutes used on the phone, I been given the run around, it's taking all day to even get a response. Mobile telephone insurance through this company is suspect. I have coverage for my Samsung GS3, which was lost/stolen. First, they sent me the wrong model of my phone and blamed it on me. Phone was lost/stolen and they said I'm still using phone. I bought it last time I lost my phone for the convenience of getting a replacement quickly. I NEED to be in touch with my clients. This is the biggest scam and runaround ever. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. They charge a monthly insurance fee along with an expensive deductible and give you a NON WORKING phone. I purchased the insurance for my daughter's iPhone. First week of college it needed replaced due to damage. I thought great; I bought the insurance. | Apple iPhone Insurance User Reviews, coach ipad mini 2 case

There are a number of companies that offer insurance for the iPhone.
