This paper highlights the importance of Arabic English translation, mainly the translation of the two word English idioms into Arabic; as English language is filled with idioms native speakers of English uses a lot of idioms and expressions in everyday conversations, books, newspapers, magazines, TV shows online because idioms add color to the language, but simultaneously, idioms are difficult to understand since their meaning is not exactly what it appears to be at first sight. This imposes a huge difficulty to translators from English into Arabic. |
