I have created bolt in tig welded chromoly tubular control arms for 1939 Buick Series 40. They use Wilwood Pro mustang II Spindles and hubs and coil overs from QA1. They are complete bolt in kits using factory mounts you will have to change your tie rod end to a heim which I can provide. II can be contacted at Americantraditionab@aol.com if your interested in knowing more about them.
