Is there a need for a template, "Needs confirmation", or is it better to add it (without it being a template) in parentheses or brackets at the end of the passage or item in question like has been the practice in the past? I'm talking about a template that would be added right after the sentence or paragraph in question rather than a template that was like <nowiki>{{needspics}}</nowiki> that flags an entire article. I'm sure you've seen this in the Wikipedia before...
